Terms & Conditions : The basic registration fee of Rs. 7,500/- is mandatory for selecting any of the ACAAD Workshops (either Observation or Hands-On) and does NOT include any workshop in itself.• There is a maximum limit of delegates for each workshop. Delegates who register first will get preference. Incase, the limit is exceeded, delegates who have registered later will be refunded the amount. • Delegates who register for any hands-on workshop will receive a Surgical Scrub Suit set at the venue (as a part of registration kit). Delegates registered for hands-on courses will need to change in the Scrub Suit to attend the hands-on workshops. • Delegates who timely register for hands-on courses will receive study material pertaining to the course they have registered for before the event. Delegates are requested to thoroughly read the material beforehand to make the best and focus on skill development at the workshops. • Delegates will only be allowed to attend the workshops they have selected at the time of their registration. At the time of other workshops (which they have not registered for), delegates will not be allowed inside the workshop hall. There will be a waiting cum exhibition area where delegates could wait for subsequent workshops they have registered for. • Delegates are requested to note the timings of the workshops beforehand and avoid choosing overlapping workshops. • All disputes, whatsoever are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
